By placing your order online or by mailing me your ashes, hair, pet’s fur, flowers, plants, grass, leaves, breastmilk, and/or artwork you agree to allow me to create your family heirloom jewelry. You also agree to the following terms and conditions:
Creating your keepsake:
- Glass melting into jewelry or other pieces is custom work and subject to creative decisions made during the design stage. I always do my best to follow the directions you give me in the notes box during checkout, and if anything comes up, I will email you before changes are made.
- Please note- not all ashes are the same in color, shape, or size. They are always unique and always turn out, I believe, exactly how they are meant to within your design. I will take great care in making sure that I leave them in their original form and trust that as they melt into your beautiful item, they look exactly as they should.
- I guarantee that all of your keepsake items will be made with the ashes, clothing, fur, hair, flowers, etc. that you send me.
Payments:
- I do not start a design until payment is received in full.
Shipping:
Cancellations, returns, & refunds:
- All sales are final, and no returns or refunds will be given. However, I do allow 24 hours for you to cancel your order if you contact me directly. If you cancel after 24 hours from the time of your order, no refunds can be issued. Please keep this in mind while ordering.
Changes to your order or design:
- After you order from me, I order your jewelry. For this reason, I cannot change the original order (for example from silver to gold). If you are willing to pay additional cost to do so, I would make an exception. Please email me directly to discuss this option.
- If you are wanting to make a change in glass color, I cannot make any of those changes after I have started the creation process. Please feel free to email me with any additional questions and I’d be happy to talk over any options that you might have, with you.
- Please include special request such as address changes, ring sizes, etc on the order form or include it on a note when you send your ashes or other items.
If you feel comfortable sharing your loved one or pet’s name with me, please do so at checkout. It would be a great honor to know their name & their story.
Also, please specify if you do NOT want a photo of your keepsake shared or used for marketing. Thanks!
